Real Corporation has a production workshop of over 5,000 m² with a capacity of +30 tons per day. Our extensive fleet of vehicles and machinery and permanent suppliers allow an excellent service in terms of site equipment and material. A well-kept yard with deployment of specialized assembly equipment such as aerial platforms, scissor elevators, lifting tools and trucks is the guarantee of a correct final product.

The workshop is equipped with the following machines:

• CNC controlled plasma cutting machine of the latest generation up to 30 mm thickness bed: 6000 *2500 – laser quality.
• CNC saw-drill 3 spindles section up to 1200mm lengths up to 24m.
• CNC bending bench 320 T – 6000mm.
• Hydraulic plate shears thickness 25mm up to 4000mm.
• Profile and plate centering roller.
• CNC controlled fire cutting machine up to 300mm thickness. Bed: 12000*3000 mm.
• Escalators with total lifting capacity of 40 tons
• 2x CNC controlled plasma cutting machine of the latest generation
• CNC saw-drill line 3 spindles section up to 1200mm lengths up to 24m
